3、Environmental thermoelectric
Research on landfill leachate treatment technology based on MVC-R. Zhejiang Fuchunjiang Environmental Thermoelectric Co., Ltd. cooperate with the Southeast University in the “Research on landfill leachate treatment technology based on MVC-R”. The project is mainly through the combination of processing technology of coagulation sedimentation pretreatment + MVC + MBR (PACT + MBR) biological treatment: In the process of evaporated effluent with MBR treatment, the activated carbon powder (PACT) + membrane bioreactor (MBR) + biological ammonia removal process was adopted. The treated effluent meets the requirements of the municipal solid waste landfill pollution control standard (GB16889-2008) on the water pollution emission concentration limit. The non condensable gas is sent to the incinerator for incineration, which meets the requirements of the requirement of the municipal solid waste landfill pollution control standard (GB16889-2008) on the odor pollution emission concentration limit, and has no secondary pollution. A 50 t/d landfill leachate treatment demonstration project has been completed with the implementation of this project.
Innovation
The Group obtained a total of 181 patents, including 24 patents for invention, 157 patents for utility models.
1、 Enterprise Research Institute
Zhejiang Hangdian Gufen Cable Institute is a provincial enterprise research institute. Its main research area is the design, development and application of new products of graphene high conductivity cable and extra-high voltage overhead cable, special cables, etc. The institute collaborates with School of materials science and engineering of University of New South Wales Australia deeply, and appointed Professor Sean Li from University of New South Wales as the chief scientist. At the same time, the institute works with some Chinese famous universities like Zhejiang University, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, forming a cooperation model with resource sharing, complementary advantages, and the combination of industry university research.
In 2015, Fuchun Huanbao in cooperation with Zhejiang University set up "Zhejiang Fuchunjiang Environmental Protection Science and Technology Research Institute", engaged in the research and application of the dioxin online monitoring system, which has made significant progress. Promoted by Fuchun Huanbao Research Institute, Fuchun Huanbao, as one of the main cooperators, actively participate in the construction of national engineering laboratory work, mainly undertaking the work like the research on “the dioxin online monitoring system”, “popularization and application of waste incineration technology” etc, and is going to work together with famous units, which are engaged in research and development of waste incineration and industrial applications etc, such as Zhejiang University, Guangda Huanbao, Hangzhou Jingjiang, to jointly build an industry university research application team with "basic research, applied research, technology development, industry promotion" to to provide a complete technical solutions for the industry.
2、Key Innovations
In recent years, the Fuchunjiang group has undertaken a number of national and provincial research projects, such as PLC Splitter, optical cable covered with rubble wire, new product trial production in provincial level and so on.
Intelligent all-optical networking integrated optical waveguide chip
PLC Splitter is a kind of integrated waveguide optical power distribution device based on quartz substrate. As the same as the coaxial cable transmission system, optical network system also need to be coupled, branch, distribution, which requires optical splitter. It is one of the most important passive devices in fiber links, the optical fiber junction device with multiple input and multiple output ends, especially suitable for connecting the local side and the terminal equipment to realize multichannel optical signal in the passive optical networks (EPON, GPON, BPON). As the core device of the fiber to the home, PLC splitter must have a PLC chip, and PLC chip is divided by the PLC wafer, a wafer can be divided into several chips.
Adopted the fabrication process of integrated optical waveguide and planar optical waveguide devices, the products have characteristics with low transmission loss, insensitive to the wavelength, compact structure, small volume, light uniformity; corrosion resistance, long service life, very good physical and chemical stability.
0.6/1kv aluminium alloy conductor power cable
In comparison with the same specifications, the conductivity of aluminium alloy conductor is 61% of copper the most commonly used reference material. In the same volume, the actual weight of the aluminium alloy cable is about 1/3 of that of copper. According to the calculation, on the premise of meeting the demand of the same conductivity, aluminum alloy cable is two times the length of copper if they have the same weight. Thus, the weight of aluminum alloy cable is half of that with the same ampacity.
Double Capacity Conduct
Double capacity conductor adapts special materials and special structural design, compared with ordinary steel core aluminum stranded wire, in case of the same diameter, weight and span of the stranded wire, the ampacity can be two times of the specifications of steel core aluminum stranded wire. The conductor has the mechanical strength similar to the common wire, and meets the requirements of the line as to the tension, sag and iron tower strength. Under the working current condition, there is no reinforcement and reconstruction of the existing iron tower for stringing.
Research and development team
Our enterprise has a team of cadres and workers with high quality of "unity, truth-seeking, dedication, innovation", in total of 7 hundred of management and technical team. Our enterprise has formulated the regulation of the introduction and training, management of talents to standardize and institutionalize the introducing, training and employing of talents, and to gather the talents tightly around the enterprise. The group currently has more than 30 senior experts and senior engineers in the field of fiber optic cables, telecommunication cables, power cables and optical devices, and each subordinate company invited the senior engineers in the industry as chief engineer, forming a community where the chief engineers lead and plan the promotion and research development activities of core projects within the enterprise; the young and middle-aged key research and development engineers carry out the specific implementation of the research and argumentation work regarding to the content of the project, and the basic technical personnel consist the solid research and development basic strength.
The enterprise has also invested a great deal of money and established a complete technological innovation system with the technology center as the management department, including a post doctoral research station, enterprise technology center identified by Zhejiang province and the provincial R&D center for optical communications, the wire and cable testing center supporting the National optical fiber and cable Industrial Park (National Torch Plan), QC quality team and technology department and R & D center of the subsidiaries. The group carries out a wide range of "factory and university co-build” and “allied connection between factory and institute” . It makes advantage of the science and technology advantages of scientific research institutes like Zhejiang University, University of Science and Technology of China, Zhejiang Sci-Tech University, Institute of physics and chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences etc, jointly researches and develops the new technology and produces the new products, or acts as a test production base of colleges and universities, establishing the mechanism of the combination of industry university research, to exercise the talent creativity to the full extent. At the same time, the group has established joint laboratories with several universities in China to develop new optical communications products, meanwhile, the company is also an excellent vocational education practice base in Zhejiang Province, dedicated to the training of special talents.
